About the event

Join us at L'isola che non c'è for a September Silhouettes Retreat to close the 2023 season.  Bikram yoga to ground, rest & revitalise body & soul every morning, with Hot Power Fusion in the evenings. HPF combines the qualities of Bikram yoga with the intensity of Power yoga. Flow through Sun Salutations, open your hips in Warrior poses, balance, strengthen your core and open up your shoulders in more passive holds, all to music.   You will enjoy great food & wine, trips to local landmarks, hikes, e-bike rides...we've got you covered. Enjoy the Elixir sauna / hammam, jacuzzi & pool or just chill with a book, take some water, wine, beer...& eat fruit from trees dotted around the estate. Taste local cheese & wine - soak up some sun before the autumn days creep in.
