Bikram, Restorative & Inferno Sizzler (July 2024)

Join us for a Summer Sizzler yoga fest of Bikram & Restorative yoga - opposites attracting - then let's stir it up with Inferno Hot Pilates. Throw into the mix great food & wine of course, hey, it's Italy! Relaxing strolls in local landmarks, hikes, wine-tasting whatever your 'me-time' thing is...we've got you covered. Enjoy downtime at the Elixir sauna / hammam, jacuzzi & salt-water pool - & simply chill in the presigious estate. Pick fruit from the trees, enjoy organic veg from the plot; eggs from the chickens, & relax with water, wine, beer & suncream.

Joanne Salt will guide you to stretch connective tissue, fascia, & release mind-body tensions in her Restorative yoga using bolsters & props. Then she will offer you energetic fun IHP classes to tone up, laugh & bond through high-intensity low-impact workouts to music.  Jo taught for our previous studio Hot Box Yoga in Luxembourg & classes were always packed. Now she brings her love & energy to this Summer Sizzler Retreat by Elixir. 

Sheelagh will move you through 26 & 2 postures every morning, talk yoga, give impromptu workshops, help you get a deeper understanding of the postures we do & the benefits you get.
