We have a dedicated heated yoga space, offering Bikram Yoga, Hot Power Fusion, Hatha Flow, Inferno Hot Pilates, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Hot Barre, Meditation, Sound Therapy & much more.

Success with our yoga school in Luxembourg has given us the recipe to create a wonderful community, & is the ethos for Elixir Resorts & Luxury Yoga Retreats.

Sheelagh is the yogini in the family; she graduated after a 9 week intensive course in LA in 2013, came back inspired to change her own life & help others.  She completed her Inferno Hot Pilates training in 2022 & Hot Power Fusion training in 2023. Known for her caring attitude & attention to detail she will guide you through your practice, help you deepen your understanding & love of yoga. On top of this you can talk yoga all week long if you wish.

The family team encourages you to improve your quality of life through yoga, relaxing in the grounds, laughing over dinner, enjoying wellness activities & generally re-grounding yourself.
