About the event

Join us at L'isola che non c'è for Bikram (hatha) & Yin Yoga - the perfect blend.

Start each day with an energising 90 minute Bikram Yoga class; close the afternoon with a deliciously slow Yin class. Dinner is prepared by our chef. In between... grab a lazy brunch, swim, top up your tan, take a bike & go explore. 

Included, & absolutely optional in your weekly relaxed itinerary: 

  •  visit a local vineyard, 
  •  day trip to a local town with restaurant dinner.
  •  excursion to a nearby outlet Shopping Village
  • We can drop you to local villages to explore.
  • Choose how much or how little to do, this is your retreat.

Sheelagh guides the Bikram classes as well as impromptu workshops & yoga chat. Lise Aardelan from Norway is fully trained in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Therapy, Bikram & Yin Yoga. Enjoy an individual full body yoga massage, as well as evening Yin classes & maybe an impromptu Five Tibetans if you are keen.
